    Collect all the things we have to do, compile to actions and then put into an action list.

    More than one action become a task, manage actions to finish the task

    Set target of next week, in five years, and life

    • Put all the things into somewhere else than your brain.
    • We can call it a "Mail Box", it could be a notebook, a piece of paper or PDA
    • A "Mail Box" must be handy, easy to use, and don't have too many "Mail Box"
    • What should we put into "Mail Box"?
      • Anything in you mind
      • Things that not have to do right away
      • Things you have to think

  2. Modification
    • Clean up Mail Box
    • Threw away unnecessary things
    • Finish things won't take more than 2 minutes
    • Things that will take more than 2 minutes, put them into action, list all steps you have to do to finish the task
